Everyone is kind, but most importantly my dog gets very excited when we arrive and is always happy when I pick him up.

We have been coming to Dogtopia for about 5 years. There has been a lot of change in leadership and staff. We get that, and while it has been tough on our dog, we are happy that it has seemed to even out for now. Jayden (sp) and Milton have been terrific. They are friendly and attentive to both dogs and the pet parents. Sierra (sp) is solid as well. We have noticed that, for teh most part, the coaches are fairly well engaged with the dogs in the play areas.

We believe that the front desk folks would be helped with more staff in the back…..in play rooms and the entry/exit room. It is not unusual for the daycare to be understaffed. We would be a little more comfortable with a few more staff.

One suggestion would be to have staff wear nametags so that we can engage with them by name and be able to send appropriate feedback….compliments to management to provide support.

The staff is very friendly and really know my dog.

I pay for the Passport for activities but I don’t feel like they are happening as frequently as they used to. I’m not sure it is worth the value of $30 each month.

There needs to be a full payment history available on the app. I have repeatedly been over charged. Every time a charge comes through i have to verify if it’s correct.

Friendly, patiendt and helpful — most important Parlay loves the staff and the vets.

My two comments for your consideration:

1.- Very often there is not a person in reception, and sometimes owners have to wait several minutes to be attended. This is not good specially when dog owners are in a rush.

2.- Particularly on weekends I have seen personnel availability issues, as in two occasions I had spa services scheduled (appointment accepted in the system) and then I am being told that there is no sufficient people and they might not be able to give the a bath. In both cases I believe they were able to give my doggies a bath but without nail trimming due to timing/personnel availability issues. It might not be their fault, but certainly this is a flag to consider.

My dog gets excited to go to Dogtopia every single time. He is enormous and we attend for grooming services only. The staff do a great job getting him cleaned up and always seem to look forward to him coming in for a bath.
