Friendly, patiendt and helpful — most important Parlay loves the staff and the vets.
Professional and sincere care and attention to the doggies.
My two comments for your consideration:
1.- Very often there is not a person in reception, and sometimes owners have to wait several minutes to be attended. This is not good specially when dog owners are in a rush.
2.- Particularly on weekends I have seen personnel availability issues, as in two occasions I had spa services scheduled (appointment accepted in the system) and then I am being told that there is no sufficient people and they might not be able to give the a bath. In both cases I believe they were able to give my doggies a bath but without nail trimming due to timing/personnel availability issues. It might not be their fault, but certainly this is a flag to consider.
My dog gets excited to go to Dogtopia every single time. He is enormous and we attend for grooming services only. The staff do a great job getting him cleaned up and always seem to look forward to him coming in for a bath.

My Puppy Zoya has so much fun. The Staff is great!! She is like a little Kid at school who just wants to keep playing.
Easy to make daycare reservations. Canine coaches are always welcoming to my pup.
Jayden is fantastic!! He is always on top of everything when he can be and has great customer service. He should be given a raise at every opportunity.
The staff could work on the procedure of picking up feces from the floors by always having poop bags on their person and giving a bit more urgnencyt to the fact that the feces needs to be sprayed and cleaned from the floor ASAP.
And the big bald guy could work on communication abilbities and show a sense of urgency to the tasks he is doing when he is stating that he is “busy”. He is friendly enough just needs some coaching.
My pup loves it. I know she is safe and happy there.

Our dog rusty gets so excited going to Dogtopia. The staff is friendly and is excited to see Rusty. We enjoy being able to watch him play with the cameras.
