The staff was so friendly and informative. It’s hard sometimes to always be positive and upbeat dealing with the public all the time. But this staff really was great. I had no problem leaving my dog there and the webcams are fabulous.

Convenience and cameras

My dog has gotten older and I appreciate how the staff walks by and checks on him as he stands or lies about. He might not scamper around as much as he used to, but it’s nice to know someone is keeping an eye on him.

Everyone is so friendly and kind. Bringing our puppy was very anxiety filled at first for us but he has made the best little buddies and he is exhausted when he gets home. I couldn’t ask for better.

I have and continue to recommend you. The staff is friendly, courteous, efficient, and most importantly deeply cares about my and everyone else’s dog. They make it extremely easy and go out of their way to accommodate my schedule and needs. The price is less than I would pay my emergency dog sitter, and never once has Dogtopia not been available when I need it.

The team is fantastic. I appreciate the employees loving my dog while she is there!

I like knowing that my dog is well cared for when I leave Tex at Dogtopia for a dsy, or when I am on a trip, or if I have some day surgery and have to be at the facility early in the morning. He is in good hands.

This is a long overdue review 🙂 The staff at Dulles is incredible with our sometimes anxious and quirky dog. It’s so nice to bring him to a place where you all clearly care about our pups so much. Special shoutout to Christine, who not only is incredible with the dogs, but is a friendly face and goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service!

Since this branch has opened it has kept the same employees. Which develops a sense of trust for both me and my dogs. I know they care and my dogs are seeing friends not strangers

Every staff member is not only focused on the welfare of each dog, but also extremely knowledgeable. I have never worried for even a moment about Lily when she is in their care, and Lily is beside herself with excitement when we’re still half a mile away. She LOVES it! She has boarded there too, and that was a great experience. The best is that you don’t even need a reservation for daycare, and they’ve accommodated us for boarding even at the last minute during the holidays. THANK YOU DOGTOPIA OF DULLES. So glad you’ll be opening another facility in Ashburn!
