Lots of things–the facility is clean and, from a human’s perspective, seems safe and extremely well run. I can only assume that, because my dog greets every staff member enthusiastically when I drop him off (and sometimes seems like he’d like to stay when I come to pick him up at the end of the day) that he thinks it’s great, too! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I never worry that my dog is not being well cared for and having a blast!

The staff remember us and our dogs, even when we haven’t been there in a few months. One even noticed that I’d gotten my hair cut since our last visit!
Our dogs are excited when we drop them off and often reluctant to leave. That makes us feel like we’re leaving them in safe and friendly hands.
