Friendly, competent staff.
Would have been nice to know price increases for daycare.
The staff is fantastic! Te’a provided terrific feedback from Lucy’s Meet & Greet to help her feel more confident and behaviors to redirect. Like any anxious Fur-Mom, I watched the live webcams on Lucy’s first day; I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff give her (and the other pups) attention with head scratches while maintaining a tidy playroom.
We’re looking forward to returning tomorrow!
Fantastic team of people! It is clear everyone not only loves dogs but are highly knowledgeable and have high attention to detail! Even after only a few visits, everyone greets my dog by name and are very welcoming. I love that I can check in on the camera to see how much fun my dog is having. Also really like the structure of the day between time in the toy box, outside, and structured nap time (my dog is very resistant to taking naps so I am glad that it’s built into the day to make sure he’s getting some rest!). Very clear that the programming was build on research and experience with dogs.
love that dogs are pre – screened and monitored. Also, you can see them play on camera. Employees are great
I love that they know my dog’s name when she comes. She loves coming, so I know she has a great time. I appreciate the webcam so I can see how she’s doing every once and a while. I love the birthdays and special events. I am grateful for the extra services like boarding and spa. I like that she smells good when I pick her up. Everything is very convenient and everyone is friendly.
Our dog is always excited to go there. She is treated well during her boarding visits, and the staff is always friendly to both us and our dog.
Very friendly humans. They took their time to answer all of my questions. I like that they have an outdoor space where the dogs are rotated to it every couple of hours. They treat my dog like a human child at daycare. They are very thoughtful and caring and they even have fun toy activities after nap time. I also appreciate the structured environment. I am very happy with Dogtopia and I feel comfortable with leaving my dog there.
Dogtopia provides a great environment for my dog as well as a full range of services.
You can tell the staff truly love the animals. My dog is always excited to go.
