Convenience (no appointments, fast drop off and pick up, location). Cleanliness (amazing). Customer service.
Most importantly, Cooper dog is so happy to arrive and goes straight back to greet whoever is behind the desk and can’t wait to get in. Can’t get a more accurate rating than that, especially with my smart boy.

My puppy seemed to have a great time, and the staff were all very friendly! I also enjoyed being able to check in on the webcams. I wish that I knew more about how the day is structured. For example, I’m not sure if my puppy’s group had any outdoor time today. I’m also unsure on whether the room attendants interact with the dogs (with toys/activities) or if they strictly monitor the room. Overall, I think my puppy had a positive experience and came home happy!

Staff is wonderful and all know our dogs by name and personality. We feel comfortable dropping them off whether it is for a few hours of socializing or overnight stays. So glad we have this option for our doggies!
