I can relax knowing my dog is happy and well cared for while she is there. I appreciate the half day option as that is what I use most and it saves me money.

Staff are friendly and are very good with caring for the dogs.

MOST of the staff appear courteous and very much adaptable to the needs of the pet. I would like to receive feedback periodically about how my pet is adjusting.
I like the activities and the pet menus
I think that more emphasis should be placed on pet owners when dropping their pets off. The one rule at a time is not being observed by all. It is not a race to see who is first. Some dogs are mot affected but a rule of thumb is not to create a problem when a rule has been made that will be beneficial to all. Temperaments can be quite different.
Thanks to the canine coaches, for your providing a safe place for our pets .It is good to have a safe place to leave your pet and to know that they are being properly supervised and someone cares..
The new assist. manager appears to be quite approachable. !

Everyone at Dogtopia of Cville is a dog person! We have been to other chains and Dogtopia is always the best. Of the several Dogtopia locations we have been to, Cville’s always has the nicest people caring for our furbaby.

The friendliness of staff and that I know my dog is safe and loved.

I really like the webcams. I can see that Bonbon is having a good time. Great socialization for the pups! Also, a great friendly staff. Alot of peace of mind for me. Thank you!!!!!

Staff are very friendly and you can tell that they really know the dogs as well. It’s super easy to schedule services as well.
