I love that there is a canine expert in each play area, so their are always “eyes” on the dogs as they paly, etc. That means intervention will occur quickly in the event of a doggy squabble, etc

I love the levels of staff employed, behavior specialist. vet, and staff who love dogs.

The ease of drop off and pickup at varying times is a huge plus.

I also love the ease of various drop off and pickup times during daycare open hours.

I truly appreciate the transparency via use of webcams.

we love everything about Dogtopia of Charlottesville, our girl gets so excited when I mention a day of going to play with her friends !! the staff is amazing !! Highly recommend them !

Although we don’t go regularly, we go often enough that most of the team members recognize our pups and I love that! I like the ease of use for package plans – how deducted you get more out of it and then don’t have to worry about paying each stop in our out. I like that there are camera if need to watch. The ease of booking whether calling or especially via online account. And very good about trying to feed, give meds, snacks, etc when boarding as well.
