I really appreciate the way that I’m treated, as well as my dog, each time I bring him in and take him out of Dogtopia. Every person that works there is polite, courteous, and respectful. It can get very congested at certain times, but the employees take it in stride.
The areas that I’ve seen are clean and the prices for boarding, grooming, and daycare seem fairly reasonable. Back in January,2024, I looked around Charlottesville for a doggy daycare, when my husband was very ill and suddenly passed away in March, 2024. Dogtopia’s employees have been lifesavers in entertaining my pup while I took care of final arrangements and lots of paperwork!

Staff is friendly and courteous and I’m always confident that my dog is well cared for. He comes home tired and happy.
The hours are great and the fact that you occasionally let me pick Carmella up later than 5PM on a weekend is really helpful. The canine coaches really seem to care about her.
I appreciate the ease and simplicity and how kind everyone is. I love being able to check the camera to watch my dogs behavior so that I can work on it in her regular training.
Too many things to list! Very friendly and flexible about shifting needs of family and dogs and dogs are very happy and well taken care of for day-care and boarding. A very happy place for dogs and their people.
Fabulous operation and clean facility!! My dog has been going for daily daycare for 3 years, has boarded about 8 times, and gets monthly nail trimming (and an occasional bath when I don’t have time). He loves it there and the staff loves him! I also love the special touches of seasonal picture days and fun treats (like dog “pupcakes”)!
The staff are friendly, approachable, and my pups are well cared for during their stay. We have used the overnight services, day services, and some grooming (bath, claw trimming) – all experiences have been terrific.
