The people at the front desk are so kind, helpful, and reassuring! I think Alicia (sp?) in particular has been super kind!!
It would be great to receive some feedback occasionally on how my pup is doing, even if it’s just to say “things are great!”. It’s helpful to know if there’s anything I could be working with her on at home. Otherwise, I find the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly.

Dogtopia of Blackhawk is exceptional. The facilities are extremely clean and the staff very caring. My dog was always pulling me towards the door to go in, she was so excited! Having recently moved to Virginia, I brought my dog to the local Dogtopia thinking the experience would be the same. Boy, was I disappointed. On my third and final visit to the Virginia Dogtopia, my dog did not want to go in. It made me realize how wonderful Dogtopia of Blackhawk truly is!
Max was my mothers dog and no one in my family wanted to take him on after she died. Max is a challenging dog and I thought for sure he would fail the interview. 😏 but you all have been kind and loving to him. Thank you!
