I judge boarding/day care based on my dogs reaction. He is excited to come there so I know things must be good. I’ve had him at other establishments and he would try to stay in car and would cling to me when dropped off. None of that takes place when I drop him off at Dogtopia

My dog is happy to be there.

After not having been at the facility for over a year, (for what I consider to be a very good reason) my dog had to be re-evaluated. After a short period of time, I was told that he neither passed nor failed his re-evaluation BUT, I am being given the opportunity to have him re-evaluated once more. I do appreciate that.
The present staff (that I came in contact with) appear to love what they do!

Staff truly appear to know and care about our pet, being familiar with their care needs and providing individualized attention when they can despite the number of animals in their care.

I work kind of crazy hours, but you are open early and kate, which really helps. My pup can fr a bit nervous with new people, and the Staff has always worked so well with him, and he enjoys playing with all the other pups. Anytime there had ever been any kind of error or miscommunication, everyone had been so quick to make it right or make up for lost time.
The Stafg works so well with all the dogs there, and genuinely know each one’s personality and care about them. I see it when we are there, and in how happy my dog is to go in and see everyone when I drop him off.
