We are happy with Dogtopia but very bummed that the turnover is so high . The managers in the past were so friendly but I feel the customer service has declined. We don’t make it there much anymore because we are father away but when we do , there is always a new person there. I am grateful that I can bring them in at anytime and it’s not a problem.
Easy to get my pup in, socialization that he receives with other dogs, friendly staff.
