I’m overall satisfied. I’ve been using Dogtopia for about a year or more. So, a lot of my comments are all encompassing over time. There have been at least three times that the scheduled bath was not done during a boarding stay. The “system” needs to be fixed…because the request is done online, but the communication goes manually from the front desk to whomever is working the spa. This is a flawed system. There have been other times that they do everything but do not clip the dew claws and they get too long…even though I’m paying for them to be done. I have witnessed right in front of my eyes, two times by two separate staff members this scenario: My dog resists going through the doors, sits or lays down and the staff member(s) pull like hell on the leash starting to drag her by her neck…before I intervene, while my dog is not on her feet. She is almost 15…This is lack of training and education.

The people that work there are the BEST! You can sense the love they have of dogs!The facility is so clean… it smells clean! My dog loves going there for her day of play .
