Friendly staff, clean premises.
My pup Tater is a little nervous still but by the end of just his second time, i can tell he’s more confident. The safe is always cleaning on the webcam and seriously the nicest people. I feel like Tater Tot is well taken care of there and I don’t stress about him at all. I LOVE the report cards, and it warmed my heart that he made a few doggo buddies. I can’t wait to bring him back and watch his confidence continue to grow!
Everyone we have encountered at Dogtopia have been friendly and supportive (as our pup often requires a little extra attention/redirection). LOVE and appreciate the convenience of this location. We often have last minute travel arise and they have always been able to accommodate us for boarding which is so helpful! For us it is perfect our pup can attend day care/boarding/grooming all at one location.
Did a great job grooming our very timid girl. She looked great and was relaxed when Inpicked her up, so I know she was treated gently. Very impressed!
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, I feel very comfortable leaving my little guy there. He’s in the best hands.
That my puppy feels comfortable being herself, it seems as though she is loved by the staff as equally as all the other dogs there, the kindness of the other dogs there and the people.
