My puppy loves going to Dogtopia and I know when I drop him off he is in good hands.
Personable, friendly, genuine love for dogs. The associates have commented on bunny, making a friend or how she played every time we have visited so I know they’re really paying attention.
Several reasons. I like the fact that the facility is clean and well-kept – and never smells! I also appreciate several “coaches” are always in the respective rooms, with the dogs, at all times. At drop off, (or pick up) I am always greeted warmly. Lastly, the web cams are awesome!
Friendly, efficient, good sence of professional behavior, excellent communication and education of policy and procedures. Nicolo’ is very good at the facility and happy to go there. Good hours of service.
The people are so friendly and helpful. I love the facility and my dog seems to love coming. She is crate trained at home and really needs that 12-2 reset to rest and eat (as she is still a puppy).
The complete peace of mind, knowing that when I drop my girls off, they are in safe hands. It would be very helpful if you offered a pickup and drop off service for the enrolled members.
Ernie always come home so happy. We appreciate the structure (especially nap times) that you guys offer. We really have no complaints.
