Very Professional! Dogtopia has an excellent intake process and a considered process to introduce new dogs. Fully staffed with well functioning cameras. My dog enjoyed it and we will definitely be visiting Dogtopia again!
The staff is friendly! The drop-off/pick-up process is smooth and quick. My pup comes home exhausted…which is amazing! I love that they do a meet & greet/evaluation with each dog! I feel like my dog is safe! I do wish they offered some more discounts (AAA, AARP, Senior, Hospitality, etc.). The cost is just a little high for me.
I love that the staff are so attentative to all the dogs, and I also love that the dogs get to play all day long except for the 2 hour break time. They don’t just put the dogs in crates all day long.
Friendly staff and clean facility. Great to have the capability to view the webcams too.
