Friendly staff. Good bours
Besides very friendly and knowledgeable staff about dogs, dogtopia really works to assess the personality of the dogs so they co exist and have fun together. Not stressful or overwhelming . Also keeps the numbers on the floor manageable . Too many dogs can make for a bad encounter because a dog can be on overloaded.
Attentive staff that’s always willing to answer any questions or concerns quickly without judgement.

The open play room does not seem very interactive for the dogs. Some times they do play with each other but most seem to follow the canine coach around and not much else.

My dog is well taken care of and people are friendly and polite.
Easy pick up and drop off as well as scheduling appts. Also love the video feed to check on pup.
