Everyone is super friendly, accommodating and helpful. June loves you guys, he’s not a morning person but when I say “you want to go see your friends?” He jumps up and heads to the door!

The place is immaculate. The staff knows every dog by name and knows their temperament. Very well organized. And I felt safe leaving Riley there on Day 1
Friendly staff who obviously love dogs and my lab Jack loves to go there.
I like the controlled environment.
I dislike that the dogs do not go outside to pee and poop (particularly since I have a dog who likes to roll in the scent of other dogs). It would be far better if there was an easily accessible outdoor space for peeing and pooping. To counter this I schedule a bath before pickup but if the staff sends her back into the room she gets dirty 5 minutes later.
I think you should have a multi-dog discount.
