Clean, well run, super friendly and competent staff.
I feel like you need more staff to keep up with all of the dogs during the day. It looks overwhelming for one person and I often see dogs in kennels for long periods.

Staff is incredible, very clean facility, and my dog LOVES being there.
The employees are helpful to their disabled customers. My dog has a great time there running with his friends
I’d like to be able to see my dog during the day in the toy room but if she’s by the door (which seems like always), I can’t. Would be nice to change the angle of the camera.
In reference to grooming, while there might be a slight convenience in grooming while they are already there, I don’t find any cost advantage to try them out to see if they are any good. Maybe offer a first-time discount to see if any good?
The room scent in the lobby is great, but the spray used on the dogs smells terrible.
I have 2 dogs attending. A discount for multiple dogs would be nice too.
My dogs love it! I love the ease of the app and being able to check in on them
