Nora was very happy — and tired! We loved getting a report card about her stay.
The care is wounderful and the staff is always caring and responsive
Offer a way to have 1/2 day daycare during boarding. Charging full day when not wanted during boarding is unusual and costly.
I understand the setup is different bc the dogs sleep/crates are in the playroom
Some older dogs don’t need or tolerate all that stimulation and could be in the third room (usually empty) longer than just the 2 hour lunch break
The facility is wonderful, our pet has consistently seemed happy and tired when she gets home. All around seems to provide fantastic care.
Everyone was so welcoming and kind. Facilities are clean and welcoming. Would recommend to everyone.
The drop off and pick up of our dog after a 6 day stay at Dogtopia went smoothly. No complaints.

Insist on up-to-date medical records and vaccinations before any dog enters. While they are “required”, the dog was still allowed to participate without all of them submitted.
