Where do I start, from entering the establishment to meeting the employees was outstanding. The establishment was clean and presentable and the employees were very customer service orientated. You can tell that all the employees love our furry family members. We really loved how concerned they are to make sure your furry one will fit in with the crowd with their meet and greet program.
My dog comes home worn out and usually smelling better.
The staff is genuinely interested in the comfort and happiness of my Scottie Zoey when she comes there. They understand her quiet, shy personality.
So pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is at the Inwood location! Zen absolutely loves it and this is just his second day!
