Friendly, clean environment, constant supervision, good communication with pet owners, some help with training challenges. Our dog is always so happy to go there. We have used both day care and boarding.

Love the staff. Everyone is so friendly & especially Sarah G. the manager. She is the best! So welcoming, positive & customer focused. She knows everyone’s dog & their characteristics & is always working to make sure we have a great experience. It is clear she goes above & beyond to train and make sure the other employees are representing Dogtopia well. Dogtopia is very lucky to have her!!

Very personable staff members. My dogs are so happy to see the staff when we arrive and that makes me happy. Thank you everyone at Dogtopia BH!!

Supportive and friendly staff.

The entire staff is incredibly kind, gentle, and so loving to each and everyone…furry or human! I have been so impressed with how the staff is willing to work with their clients to help accommodate any of our needs when it comes to daycare and stay arrangements. The is never an, “I’m sorry-NO.” They has only ever been, “happy to help, let’s see if we can make this work!” Dogtopia appears to foster is a positive work environment for their team, and THAT translates to a positive safe environment for ALL the dogs!
