Deer Park Reviews

Our pup has been going there for almost two years now- we love it, as she does as well! However, we feel that communication on her day and the “steps” she does with that tag we bought isn’t told to us when we pick her up as much anymore.

Responses back via email or voicemail would be great too. We usually get responses back- we noticed new staff which is great, but one of the reasons we chose Dogtopia, was how friendly and personable the staff was too the humans 😉

We also enjoy some of the calendar events- but we don’t see our pup involved with them when told she could participate and even pay extra. Possibly include somehow in the app or put on another app where pup parents can see pictures of their fur babies? We Check the cameras often and they are either not connecting or slow.

As a human, I love the enthusiasm the staff has about every dog that walks in the door, and of course my own dogs 🙂

In addition, I see that the dogs are treated kindly and they come home happy – and that makes me happy.

I love the team at Dogtopia! They love my puppy as much as I do. Opal is so happy there, and I always feel comfortable with her being there.

Pricing is in line with other businesses that offer this service.
Friendly staff always, they know me when I walk through the door and already are calling for my pet to be brought up to the front.

Our dog, Angus has been coming to Dogtopia of Deer Park since before the location was even open for business (almost 6 years). He was one of the first dogs to pass his Meet and Greet and be accepted as one of Kara’s first dog clients. Angus is always well cared for if he is in day care or boarding. Kara and her management staff hire very competant staff and train them in great caring canine handling and procedures. The Deer Park location is kept clean and appealing to their dog friend and pet parent clients. Staff is friendly and very caring.

Staff is very friendly. The facilities are clean. The dogs look happy.

The entire staff is so incredibly caring and loving toward all the pups, I feel so comfortable leaving my guy in their care. He has so much fun and couldn’t be happier going every single time, and he has made so many friends because it is such a positive environment.
