Clean environment and friendly, competent staff.

My dog Freya absolutely LOVES going to Dogtopia!! As soon as I mention “school” in the morning she is ready to go at the door. The staff are wonderful and always give me insight into her day. Also, the video feed is wonderful. I appreciate the hours and the dedication of the staff. They know my dog and treat her like their own.

Your staff there is AMAZING! Everyone is so nice and they genuinely seem to love every dog that comes in. They provide nice feedback about your dog’s day upon pickup. The fact that you give customers access to cameras was the deciding factor for me. I love being able to pop on and see how much fun Ricky Bobby is having. There is ALWAYS at least one employee in the room at all times and you have fun themed days. Lastly, it is CLEAN!

The employees are fantastic, so professional, caring, and hard working. They go above and beyond for the dogs and the parents! I was so grateful for their ability to bring my dogs in and out of my car when my leg was broken. They were so sweet and accommodating to me and did not make me feel like a nuisance and made my life so much easier when I truly needed it.

Everyone there is so kind and friendly. My dog is at times a little challenging, but everyone seems well versed in dog behavior and does an amazing job with her. I always feel that my dog is well cared for

Staff is very friendly and very compassionate with the dogs. They handle any concerns and my dog has made great progress in learning to socialize and play with other dogs.

I like that there is a large area for the dogs to play and socialize. I like the outdoor area and also that there are suites available for dogs that aren’t used to cages for overnight care. The web camera is great to be able to see your dog. The staff was very friendly and informed about all services available.
