The staff is very friendly and my dog has a good time.
Without exception, every single time our dog comes home from Dogtopia he is sick. I know it’s impossible to control, but tighter restrictions on boarding dogs in poor health might be a plan. Most times he comes home with kennel cough that lasts a week. This time he’s thrown up two times in a row with some possible blood in the throw up. This winds up costing us quite a bit of money in vet visits. It is definitely concerning.

All team members were extremely welcoming and friendly to both me and my dog. The process for registration and meet and greet were for well-organized and helpful. The facility was clean and I love the app and webcam.

We have been taking our pups to Dogtopia for years and have had nothing but excellent service and care for our girls. They treat every dog like family and pay special attention to them every time they are there. All staff are friendly and professional.
