Very friendly to my dog and me

First and foremost, our dog is always happy to go there. He always comes home tired, and each time he goes back, he’s excited to be there, even if he has been boarded for a couple of days and he’s going back for a daycare day. Every person in the front is friendly, and they’re always so accommodating if I need help scheduling. When he comes in, they all know him and greet him with enthusiasm. It makes dropping him off feel good – you know he’s in good hands. The facility is in a location that’s close to our house, so it’s very convenient. I really like being able to see our doggo on the cameras at any point. It’s also so nice that the timing of drop-off and pickup is flexible each day – our schedule changes, and it’s so lovely to not have to stress about getting him there at a specific time or being there at a specific time. The monthly activities and snacks are so fun, and special things like having his picture taken on his birthday or Halloween are just so personal. We fondly call our dog our favorite child (since our 3 kids are adults and live in other states now), and Dogtopia is a very special place that taking our favorite child to feels good. We say he’s going to “school” to play with his friends, and it’s so amazing to know he’s well cared for while he’s not with us.We are so grateful, it adds so much to his days.

The staff are great. Very caring and attentive. The availability is very accommodating. And the boarding is the icing on the cake. Our little one is very comfortable saying over night or several weeks.

Bringing Roux to the DTC Dogtopia has been a literal godsend. Not only is everyone so wonderful with him, but during a particularly difficult year for myself personally, knowing the team at Dogtopia DTC is there for me and Roux has given me tremendous relief. Everyone welcomes Roux with warmth every time we go in to visit, people share personal stories about their time and experiences with him, and everyone is always super helpful in every imaginable way. I can’t imagine my weekly routine without the incredible team at Dogtopia DTC.

After my dog Louis started becoming scared to go into his old daycare, I decided to give Dogtopia a try, and I am so glad I did. The difference has been incredible. He is genuinely excited to go into daycare now, which makes me feel so good as a dog owner.

He has also had wonderful experiences boarding here while I travel, and I always feel completely comfortable leaving him in their care. I truly believe the staff is a huge part of what makes this location so special. They are incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely loving toward the animals. I also love that I consistently see familiar faces and there seems to be very little staff turnover.

They really go above and beyond with picture days, themed parties, treat days, and all the little extras. There is always something fun going on! I also love that they offer spa services, which have all been wonderful and absolutely worth it.

I recommend this place to everyone I know. I honestly don’t know how they could make the experience any better. I really can’t say thank you enough for always taking such good care of my dog! ❤️

You guys are so friendly when you walk in you know the dogs names and welcome them in . The office is clean and smells so good . When I call to see where Logan is you find him in the room and you make sure he going to be petted and loved .
