Love everything about Dogtopia and their wonderful staff. They took such great care of my little Ren. He has a seizure disorder and they called me right away when he had a seizure and kept him close and safe. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I love being able to watch my pup on webcams and then get a report card. I also like that you take off her collar and replace it with a break free one so that she/others don’t get injured and her collar doesn’t get destroyed. Having taken her to other daycares, I feel super comfortable leaving her knowing that you have a small staff:dog ratio and all staff and properly trained to keep the pups safe and engaged!

Concerns about the kennel cough. Other daycares in the area have seemed to avoid the breakout. Perhaps a more aggressive routine with cleaning, or identifying affected dogs sooner before the outbreak gets out of hand would help.

I must say, even though the cough has caused you to loose revenue, I certainly appreciate your continued honesty!
