Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and welcoming. The employees put you at ease about leaving your pet.
Groomer was amazing! They took the time to get to know my fearful pup and work with us to make it comfortable for everyone! The groomer went above and beyond doing exactly what I asked for with limited tools. My pup and I both left happy!
You are all very friendly and quick.
The staff is very friendly and engage playfully with the dogs. We enjoy checking in on our dog via the camera. We also like the climate controlled environment so no concerns on very hot days as well as very cold snowy days.
I like that this location seems much more relaxed than the other nearby places, meaning barking and noise is at a reasonable level which my pup prefers. Other locations seem to allow wilder dogs which causes a disturbance and feel that again this is a location with a more appropriate amount of play/activity.
I don’t have to worry about Scoobie being taken care of. He loves going to Dogtopia and the staff is great!
