Everybody is so friendly and helpful and they really treat the animals good.

The staff take amazing care of Lily. She is always excited the minute she sees we’re there and is always happy and exhausted when she comes home. She loves all of the event days and now has her own photo album full of amazing pictures. Lily also boards there as well and I know that she is always in amazing hands when she does

Our dog Chip absolutely adores attending Dogtopia Don valley. She’s always so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The webcam feature gives us peace of mind during the day and we can tell she has so much fun playing. We love that she gets to be social all day, and appreciate the added bonus of going through training activities like door manners and group sit. The staff are incredibly patient and enthusiastic, and they do the best job when we bring our girl for grooming. We appreciate the communication through newsletters and social media posts, the theme days and weekly treats. We know we’re leaving our pup in the best hands with Dogtopia.
