My high energy husky Mac and I love the staff. He’s been with Don Valley Dogtopia since he was 10mos and now he’s 2.5yrs. I credit Don Valley Dogtopia for his positive socialization with other dogs, helping him sensitize towards human touch near his back legs, helping him getting back into the swing of play and REST after recovering for an injury (huge noting his breed type), and overall just making mine and his life better. Mac even did CCCT training and he isn’t jumping nearly as much, AND his recall has improved a lot. THANK YOU DON VALLEY DOGTOPIA!!!

The staff were very professional, courteous, and friendly. And they all loved dogs. The incoming dogs were all excited to be there which was a big positive. My dog enjoyed his time there very much and I’m looking forward to him going again. Another thing: the place was spotlessly clean. The daycare service is a great place for doggie socialization, and it helps when we have extra busy days and would prefer him to not have to beg for attention.

Attention to detail. Welcoming atmosphere. Puppy always comes home happy. Well organized. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Outstanding customer service. Make you feel part of a family.

great staff

Our first time ever going to Dogtopia. Convenience of location and the fact that I can get dog food or my own groceries is amazing.
The ability to check in on his activity throughout the day makes me feel comfortable with leaving him to play with other dogs.
Vanessa seems to take charge and give direction to staff in a friendly yet firm way which makes me feel like I can trust everyone.
Murak was super patient, friendly and supportive with helping me to set up the app and also provide details about events happening this month which might cost me a little more to get my pup to visit more often but atleast he’s getting creative experiences.
I am looking forward to being part of dogtopia and using the various services offered.

Friendly and accomodating staff. My dog looks comfortable

I love how everyone knows what they are doing and What I most love about the service is that I know my dog is having the best time and there is nothing to worry about.

More individual attention

Staff at Dogtopia are very friendly. There are 3 rooms to separate bigger dogs from the smaller ones which is great for my pup who’s almost always the smallest pup at daycare. Dexter loves the fun games and themed events, and he gets excited all the time for daycare.

The people at the front desk and those working with the dogs are extremely friendly.

I like the fact that I can check in on my pups via the webcams and appreciate that Dogtopia of Don Valley is very strict when it comes to vaccinations, etc.

It’s a very professional place to take your dog for daycare.
