Ease of scheduling, access to video, response to concerns, friendliness of staff. 🙂

I would suggest fixing the camera angles though. We see way too much wall and ceiling.

I really love the video cameras, that all of the staff I encounter know Murphy by name, and the intentionality of the meet and greet. I also really love that they crate the dogs when they need to settle down.

The “freeze” policy for weekly members is incredibly frustrating and makes me feel like I’m being swindled. The fact that you charge $10 to not bring your dog one week is really an awful policy.
