The staff is great and the ease of scheduling is great.
Friendly front door staff
Easy location for northeast evanston, nice and helpful staff, the playgroups with cameras ( please set the cameras for a full view for those of us with wall huggers);good drop off area. I haven’t used boarding or grooming yet, but expect to at some point.
Management often on site. Attentive staff.

More engagement with dogs in rooms. I notice keepers pet some, others looking for attention and not receiving any. As social beings, they also like human interaction as they do have human families
