The people!
This location seemed to take really good care of my dog when I was anxious leaving him. I loved that they wiped him down before returning him. The parking was not easy but we were able to figure that out by one of us staying in the car while the other ran in. It was the perfect solution for us to do activities in DC that were not dog friendly. Would definitely recommend or use this location again!!

Easy booking system and friendly staffs
The employees are friendly and take great care of my dog.
It was very easy to check Waylon in and pick him up. My only complaint was there was no way to access video streaming. The app said there was not an available stream.
Staff is very friendly. We can watch our dog on the video. And the staff are very attentive. Our dog loves the staff!
