Friendly, loving staff!

The staff!

The staff at Dogtopia of Eau Claire seem genuinely happy to care for dogs. My dog comes home exhausted from all of the fun he has playing with other dogs and getting love from the staff. Dogtopia does fun activities like Valentine’s Day photos, which is a nice touch. If you are looking for a safe place for your dog to get some energy out, Dogtopia is a great option!

The communication

The staff is so friendly! I love the option of checking in on the webcams to watch my dog play. I know he is well taken care of.

I love almost everything about Dogtopia, great staff, they are professional, and they care about our dogs and take very good care of them… What I’m not happy Is I can’t get Pearls spa in the later afternoon.. I love for her to play and then have her spot and then I pick her up to take her home all nice and clean and pampered…

I love the staff’s obvious love for the dogs they care for.

I would like more feedback, though, on my dog’s day care stay, as far as if she ate her treats, interaction (or lack thereof) with other dogs, etc. It seems every time I get herhome she IMMEDITELY needs to get let outside to “take care of business.” she also drinks ALOT of water.

but otherwise, the staff do a great job and I love the “special” days.

The friendly greetings for me and my Dogs! The excitement they show when we pull up to the front of the building. Then when we get inside they have no hesitation about going way inside with their greeter. When I pick them up they’re happy! They also smell good, no stinky dog smells. I only wish it was a bit cheaper so I could take them more often but I realize there is a lot of overhead to pay out. Maybe a little better deal bringing two dogs.
