Friendly and consciencious.
Offer lower price packages that pertain to purchasing a set number of visits (e.g. $33.00 per visit for 10 visits) instead of just requiring weekly visits for discount. In that example, we would spend the $330 dollars and likely have the dog there more often than she currently goes.
Hours of operation, friendly staff, outdoor play area, webcam.
