Most importantly – Better communication among the staff. I’ve had quite a few billing issues unfortunately due to communication errors amongst the staff.
Also, More activities for the dogs throughout the day at the Eau Claire wi location. I often view live footage during the daycare hours and don’t see activities being done.

Everyone at Dogtopia is super nice and friendly. Our dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. All the super cute pictures and activities are sweet and fun.
The friendliness of the staff! Everyone there always greets both me and my dog with kindness and excitement. The staff gives me a report on how my “Silly Tillie” does each time she visits and they are very knowledgeable about her breed. It makes me comfortable knowing that my dog is in good hands and looks forward to getting to play with all of her friends!! If I could give you guys 100 stars, I would!!!
Good service and good price
Dogtopia has ALWAYS given good care to our dog. We can tell she loves Dogtopia because she can’t wait to get out of the car to go in to play with her “friends”. She comes back home healthy, happy and willing to take a nice long nap.
Availability, appreciate you allowing drop off after 6:30 am.
Always seem to genuinely care about my pet.. I like it taht he is worn out at the end of his stay!
