very helpful friendly staff
our puppy is very happy
The staff are friendly and always remember our pup, the extra services are fantastic like birthday pics and Santa photos and when we boarded our pup while I was in labour the staff even took photos of her with a board saying she was now a big sister. It was lovely and such a kind extra thing to do for us. Can’t imagine taking our dog anywhere else.
Staff took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable and found positive solutions to his nervousness.
Your location is beautiful. Lady seemed to have had a great day and was very content when I picked her up. Love the webcams
