Been using Dogtopia since my dog was eight months old and he’s almost 7. It’s no expensive but he likes it so he goes once a week.
The 2 reps were very informative. Love the idea of all of your services
I like Dogtopia Elsmere, however my dog was picked up from boarding at 11:25am and therefore was charged a half day for the one hour and 25 minutes, which I don’t think is right. There should be an hourly fee.
The staff are so friendly and they treat your dog like they are their own.
My dogs enjoy their time at Dogtopia. They are well taken care of and any concerns I have are addressed promptly and effectively. I like that my pups have an opportunity to run off extra energy and are loved by the staff.
I have not used the services yet other than meet & greet and orientation for our dog, Winnie. We may use the services for boarding in the near future.

Have an overnight person to at least check on the dogs. Im not confident that if something happened a staff member could get there that quickly.
