Meet the Team
Jaime, Area Manager
Jaime started as the General Manager for Elsmere in 2021 and is now the Area Manager for Elsmere and Wilmington! Her favorite thing about working at Dogtopia is spending time with the dogs and building relationships with our Pet Parents. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends & family, and traveling with her husband and their dogs!
Kelsey, Assistant General Manager
Kelsey started as a canine coach in September of 2020 and quickly grew into her role as Assistant General Manager for Dogtopia of Elsmere. Her favorite part has been growing and building relationships with the dogs and their families and helping make our event days the most exciting day ever! When she’s not working, she enjoys photography, taking scenic drives, and spending time with her two dogs, Ollie and Gizmo.
Jaclyn, Foundation Ambassador and Lead Pet Parent Coordinator
Jaclyn started as a Canine Coach in November 2018. Her favorite thing about working here is getting to meet dogs of all breeds! She loves interacting with the dogs and getting to know all their different personalities! In her free time she likes to take her own doggies, Chloe, Rosey, and Marshall for walks and to the dog park!
Jenna, Safety Officer/Playroom Manager
Jenna started as a Canine Coach in March of 2022 and quickly grew into her role as Playroom Manager and Safety Officer and Dogtopia of Elsmere. Her experience with dog behavior and prioritizing safety ensures that all dogs are having the most exciting day ever! Her favorite part about working for Dogtopia is working with all the dogs and the smile they bring to her face each day. In her free time, she enjoys bonfires, the beach, and spending time with her fiancé, Zak and their dogs.
