How kind everyone is- everyone at the front desk is super nice, I enjoy the friendly conversations about the pups while I wait for drop off or pickup. I don’t mind waiting at all because of them. And my pup cannot get out of the car fast enough to get into the building, and comes home completely exhausted which lasts for a couple of days. My only comment is the last month or so when I pop on the cameras, he seems not to be out playing. I usually pop on once before “nap time” and once after. Once I noticed this I started popping on more often and realized he still wasn’t out, and wasn’t coming home as tired. Then his last two sessions seemed to be back to normal. Hopefully this continues the way it always was.

I feel it’s easy to get Chip in and out and the staff is friendly

Pick up and drop off in the morning and at night could be a lot quicker. The wait to drop off has gotten longer and longer.

The staff is wonderful – they really care about my dog. As soon as she walks in, she runs to them for affection and receives it in abundance.
