We are generally happy with the care our dog receives at Dogtopia. She always returns happy and tired, and she seems well cared for. She’s come home a couple of times without a collar, and we’ve had to return to retrieve it. The entrance lobby often has a strong urine smell. Generally minor issues since our dog is taken care of well.

I am happy with the staff, cleanliness and getting Layla in as needed but the app is crap. I want to know how many visits I have left without having to ask. The only thing that app does is literally allow us to schedule. I also don’t like that we can no longer buy package daycare and not use them as desired. It’s incredibly frustrating and we shouldn’t ever lose something we’ve already purchased. I’d honestly love your corporate info to complain about that specifically…as it doesn’t even seem legal to do. I shouldn’t have to “ask” to have daycare visits transferred to the next month. Life is already expensive enough here we shouldn’t feel like we are being cheated out of what we are paying for.

Dogtopia has come through countless times, and truly cares about dogs wellbeing and safety.
