I appreciate that I have gotten to know several of the employees well since Fern has been coming to Dogtopia for four years. During Fern’s last boarding I received a call letting me know she puked along with a photo. I was worried, of course, but could trust Halley and Ally (spelling?) when they shared that Fern’s demeanor and behavior was unchanged. I followed up with additional calls that evening and the next morning and Halley (spelling) assured me that she had made sure to check in on Fern, monitoring her behavior and food intake. Fern occasionally has some digestive issues and I can trust when she is at Dogtopia that they know Fern well and can provide an accurate assessment of any situation. I appreciate the empathy, compassion, and kindness shown by Dogtopia’s employees and Fern looks forward to her play days!

My dog was engaged and excited to play. I appreciated them thinking through which room worked best for him. I also appreciated the thoroughness of all the information about the place and that each dog walking in was greeted happily by name.

My dogs are always in great condition and happy when I pick them up. They aren’t afraid to go in when I drop them off. There is good communication and responsiveness from the dog care team there too.

The staff is excellent, always very welcoming and helpful. The best part is that Maisy is always excited to go there, and yes, excited to see me after a fun, active day playing with the other doggos.
Friendly staff and my dog adores everyone there. She gets so excited to see her doggy friends and to get butt scratches from all the coaches.
The daycare fees are high and sometimes my dog comes home extremely thirsty. Recently he came home with glue in his fur on the top of his head? Outdoor space is not very large. The staff is very friendly every time and I appreciate that.
