Care for the dogs; knowledge about them. I like the way the dogs are introduced gradually to the service, and I like being able to observe my dog through the webcam.

My dog was recently moved to a room with smaller dogs and he seemed much happier. I was impressed that they pay attention to that kind of thing for individual dogs.

I think the facility and staff do a great job. My dog seem to love it. I just wish the dogs had more room to be outside.
