Friendly staff!! My dog gets super excited for daycare days

I am happy with the staff, cleanliness and getting Layla in as needed but the app is crap. I want to know how many visits I have left without having to ask. The only thing that app does is literally allow us to schedule. I also don’t like that we can no longer buy package daycare and not use them as desired. It’s incredibly frustrating and we shouldn’t ever lose something we’ve already purchased. I’d honestly love your corporate info to complain about that specifically…as it doesn’t even seem legal to do. I shouldn’t have to “ask” to have daycare visits transferred to the next month. Life is already expensive enough here we shouldn’t feel like we are being cheated out of what we are paying for.

I believe that the on site management team and the canine coaches have my dogs best interest at heart. I did not like the Wellness Plan billing but am happy another option is available that better meets my needs. Many thanks to Hallie helping me with my billing concerns.
