Expand! Maybe a location slightly more south?It’s ruff being a long term customer and getting my pup rejected from day care every so often because life sometimes happens on short notice. If it weren’t for this, 10/10 we love you guys 🙂
The people.
My dog loves going to Dogtopia. They know us on site, even our car, so the service feels very personanable. We’ve been going there for almost 6 years and use Dogtopia for Daycare, Boarding, and Spa apointments.
Flexible hours, friendly and attentive staff, variety of plans/prices
online app, online webcams so I can see what my bad dog is doing while I’m at work.

Providing updates before a boarding pass expires. Unfortunately, I did not know that my boarding pass with the intro rate had expired and I am very disappointed as the next boarding pass available to purchase was $150 more per pass. I have two dogs and this greatly impacts the amt I pay. This actually means I will likely not continue to use the services at dogtopia.
The staff at the desk are very friendly and welcoming
