I know yall have to keep everything clean, but the chemical usage is worrisome to me. Soemtimes, I also feel like my dog didn’t get the cuddles I authorized because when I check out, they aren’t on the bill.
Lastly, yall wouldn’t accept a waiver for the bordetella from my vet yet my dog still contracted bordetella while staying there which required my emergency contact to come pick her up. The vaccine doesn’t prevent so it shouldn’t be required.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful front desk staff. The groomers are fabulous. Snow White looks gorgeous. She is always happy to go there! The webcams are so nice to be able to see her when I am traveling.

I feel like all the canine coaches love my dog as much as I do. Dogtopia gives my dog a chance to be around other little dogs to play and socialize. It’s easy to schedule days on the app and the price is reasonable.

That everyone loves Teddy and all dogs. I have no doubt that he is taken care of and protected. He loves it there so much. I can’t imagine not having it be a part of his life

Everyone is friendly and loves dogs. I use the grooming and the day care. This is the 3 rd groomer I’ve tried and love how he looks. Daycare is great for last minute plans when I’ll be gone for the day. Easy to get booked on the day that I need.
