The staff is incredible! So friendly, personable and flexible to meet each dog’s needs. Our dog is a hard sell on any place away from home or owner but he has stayed for 12 days before and came home happy and healthy. We didn’t worry at all. We trust Dogtopia to care for our special family member, unlike other more expensive care facilities we explored. When we walk into Dogtopia the atmosphere is inviting and comforting. Thank you Dogtopia!!

Friendly team, reliability, good hours, consistent schedule

All of the staff seem generally interested in my dog and I feel like she gets treated just like she is at home. Also, feel the exposure with other dogs is good for her well being.

I know yall have to keep everything clean, but the chemical usage is worrisome to me. Soemtimes, I also feel like my dog didn’t get the cuddles I authorized because when I check out, they aren’t on the bill.
Lastly, yall wouldn’t accept a waiver for the bordetella from my vet yet my dog still contracted bordetella while staying there which required my emergency contact to come pick her up. The vaccine doesn’t prevent so it shouldn’t be required.
