Professional, the groomers do a great job and my dog is not stressed coming.
Although we were a little surprised by the 3 hour meet and greet, we liked the gentle way the dogs were cared for and the cleanliness of the facility. I also appreciated that our dog was re-assessed for the appropriate play room, even though she was only there for a half day. We enjoyed being able to watch her on the webcams. When we picked her up for our drive home, she was very calm for the entire drive home.
Clean, welcoming space for dogs. Staff is friendly. Use daycare & grooming services. Very satisfied with both.

I called to book my dog after he had not been there for awhile, and the person I spoke to called his vet to ensure he was up to date, and scheduled him for a meet and greet the same morning. I was very impressed with this level of customer service!
