My dog loves coming to Dogtopia. It gives him a chance to play with other dogs and get that playful energy out. The team knows my dog by name and they help him feel safe and conformable. I love being able to check on him with the webcam as well.

I appreciate Dogtopia’s strong commitment to multiple daily cleaning efforts as well as their rules to keep dogs who use their services healthy.

We also had our dog groomed by the Dogtopia team and they did a great job!

My dog does come home smelling a little from rolling around on the floor during play; however the Dogtopia team indicated they are working to reseal the floors which will reduce this issue.

Just about everything. The canine handlers are obvious dog lovers. I like the special activities and treats. I like the “home room” concept. I like the 2-hour nap window. And most of the time, the front desk is very on top of things.

Faycte and boarding

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, easy to schedule reservations. I also love being able to check in on how my dog is doing throughout the day with the webcams. I feel like I can trust the Dogtopia team to take excellent care of a valuable member of my family.

Friendly staff who know our dogs and greet them each time we bring them for daycare or boarding.

The entire team at Dogtopia Fort Collins takes such good care of our dog. They go above and beyond and we really appreciate it.

I feel comfortable about leaving my dog for daycare and for boarding because of the caring staff. Shout out to Hallie the Client Service manager amongst many other things. She is caring and knowledgeable and always helpful.

The staff is great and they always greet my dogs like they are their best friends. We’ve been going there for 6 years and the dogs love it.

The app is a little wonky right now but that is a corporate programming issue; small bump compared to the great treatment of my pups.

The groomer did an amazing job. They listened to my grooming requests and applied them perfectly! Good communication throughout visit.

The last two times I’ve boarded my dog here the staff hasn’t returned all the items I brought for my dog. Last time it was her medicine, this time it was her slow feeder dog bowl. Also, the staff seem overworked. They used to be so cheerful and there enough people at the front desk to accommodate people coming in and the phones, but now it seems like there are fewer staff and they’re busier.
