After I made the appointment for our meet and greet, I realized I had a conflict. The staff at Dogtopia were wonderful for the reschedule and the subsequent appointment – even though it was not on a regular day for those appointments

Very flexible- they’ve been able to accommodate us and our pup in last minute situations. Staff is super kind and helpful. Our pup is always worn out (in the best way) after a day full of playtime.
Well, a little more care could be taken at pickup. We have had our dog come out in the wrong harness and leash, and we frequently have to make trips back after he boards because we haven’t been returned all his things. (That said, we know the staff treats our dog well.)
The staff is always very attentive to our pup and has great communication regarding any updates or changes.

This was for everyone’s benefit and I’m thankful dogtopia provided recommendations and patience in helping set my dog up for success while he is boarded there. I also appreciate their techniques for how they manage my dog’s behavior while in the room with other dogs.
