The service is incredible, the haircut could be a little better all around. It was a bit too long around the face, and seemed slightly uneven around his body. Otherwise my pet looks good!

I appreciate the long service hours (early drop off and mid-evening pick ups) that easily accomodate different work schedules. And my dog loves spending the day with you.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Our dog have a lot of fun there. Also love the feature of webcam so we can check on our pup occasionally.

Dogtopia FoCo’s talented, caring staff listens and goes the extra distance to make overnight boarding our 8 yr old (or so?) “rescue” husky-mix a smooth, positive experience. As someone who has trained, and cared for, many pets (while working and rising sons) I know first-hand how much effort it takes to do this. Thank you!!

I think the system you have doggy daycare and the grooming should be updated. I had called three times before to confirm and each time I had to clarify she was there for care and grooming. When I got there I had to clarify again that she was there for both and each time the staff member had trouble finding this.

When I picked up they had trouble getting my dogs things because they didn’t realize she was there for grooming and care. AND they didn’t give her the snack I left her for break/lunch time. :/
