Nice personnel. Clean facilities. They watch your pets diligently.
They take very good care of Pressa when she comes to get a bath. Pressa is old and they always are so gentle with her.
Everyone was efficient and friendly, the groomer did an excellent job and the facility was very clean.
My fur baby loves going! The staff is friendly, and most of all I know the cleaning and sanitation is top tier.

Very strict vaccine requirements. All the handlers obviously love dogs. Their enrollment and meet and greet process is very thorough. The 12-2 downtime during the day when there is no pick up or drop off is very important for the dogs. I know it annoys some people, but it’s good for the dogs. Whatever Dogtopia does, it’s for the dogs. If it inconveniences the humans, too bad.
Besides one slip up, I like they keep you informed and adjust your dogs experience to fit their needs.
I love how happy my dog is after Dogtopia which I feel means he had a great time being there! Thanks for treating the pups so well!
