How passionate the workers are with dogs. The ease of drop off and pickup. Responsiveness to any situation that happened. How well informed all the staff are about the dogs staying there. Webcams to check in on my pup while we were out. The fact my dog is wanting to come back, it actually fixed his car anxiety
