All the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and Sauce gets SO excited once he realizes we’re headed to Dogtopia. We love it here!
I feel like over the past year things have gotten stressed at Dogtopia. There have been large turnovers in staff and people feel more frustrated. They work hard and care a lot and I just wonder if they could be supported more. I’m not concerned for the welfare of my dog but just feel like morale and happiness has declined a lot since I started coming.
The folks at Dogtopia take good care of our dog and do it with joy and smiles on their faces. Our Cooperis excited to see them when we bring him in.

I had to call the Vet and then I had to wait until information was sent to Dogtopia.
Think there should be a more efficient way of doing business.
I have done both daytime play days and overnight boarding with my dogs. I think Dogtopia does a good job keeping my dogs safe, fed and so on while we are out of town. What I don’t like is not knowing if my dogs ever get outside in the play yard – does that happen every day (I hope so)? It bothers me thinking about my dogs inside all day and night. I do appreciate the staff, they are nice – they even helped my elderly mom pick up my dogs once which was very helpful.
I wish the grooming was more affordable. For example, just giving a basic bath to the dogs post-boarding would be amazing – but I cannot afford what is offered. I pop them in the car and drive over to the dog bath place a block over and give them baths ($35 for two dogs).
Grooming services are excellent! I’ve recommended your grooming to 2 friends and they both go there now.
My dog is happy there.
They forget her bath the last two times I kennel
her.
Max always seems very happy when I pick him up which tells me he has been given lots of love and enjoys meeting the other doggies.

After I made the appointment for our meet and greet, I realized I had a conflict. The staff at Dogtopia were wonderful for the reschedule and the subsequent appointment – even though it was not on a regular day for those appointments
