They take good care of my little dog at daycare and when I board her

Easy to use app and always feel my dog is safe.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My dog loves and gets so excited when they arrive to dogtopia three times a week.

I love Dogtopia in Fort Collins, the staff is so friendly, and obviously all dog lovers. I feel like they take very good care of my pup!

Cameras are unreliable.
New computer system is not an improvement-isn’t working as you said it would.

Sending email receipts following use of boarding and daycare charges. I was disappointed that I had used up all of my boarding passes and no longer qualified for my original pricing but I did not know I did not know it .

Overall the dogs are happy when they got to dogtopia.

The groomer does an excellent job!

Everyone there is so nice. When I drop Maggie off and pick her up she is happy, she likes everyone there. That is huge for us.

My dog always leaves tired and happy! Sometimes their bowl or collar is left behind and I have noticed before that sometimes during transition periods, they have been forgotten about in a crate and I have had to call. But I love that they get to play all day and that it’s a clean environment!
